Let Loose the Grasp!

Grasping for things, both physically and mentally, keeps us unaware of the present moment. It’s not surprising that some of the most common issues that wander into a yoga class involve wrists, shoulders, and necks. All our grasping wears out joints, keeps weak the very things that could better support our actions, and brings unnecessary tension to the mind and brain.
Join me on a fun exploration of yoga without dependence on our arms and grasping! We will work on leg and core intelligence and strength in order to better support and release the tensions we might have built up in neck, shoulders, and hands.
